Unprofessiona staff

The counter staff in the Taipan USJ branch should afopt some professionalism in their services. It wiuld have been mre proper to address customers as Miss/ Ma'am/ Sir instead of calling them 'uncle' or 'aunty'.
I was observing one staff in particular, the one with blonde hair, addressing customers as Uncle and Aunty. Hosh, it sounds so marketplace!
