These people are simply thieves!

I ordered a little device from Medicus Golf in the internet. During my shopping, i found out that they have no confirmation page for their services, and instead i had to cancel many other things they were offering me to buy on their website. After some time, i was told that i was charged for a few items i didn't buy. I contacted Medicus Gold, and i did manage to set settle down everything, but i still think it can be a scam of them that works sometimes. Beware!

Pitiful Customer Service

I bought a Medicus wedge and it had a website for instructions and a video. The website does not exist. Customer service will not tell me the proper website because I did not buy it directly from them. It is too much trouble for them to just tell me the website or email it to me. Customer service rep actually told me she could not send me and email! Basically, they do not care.

Medicus thieves

Medicus lied to me about giving me credit for a return, and charged me instead for an item that they had lost in shipping. I wrote letters to the president if the company, but never heard anything back. This company has no ethical code of conduct
