Fraudulent information
Misleading travel agent! Horrible customer service! My college student Daughter was charged $45 for a carry on, whereas justfly itinerary read FREE carry on. I contacted the Airline and they stated Justfly is a third party and had offered fraudulent information. That I should contact justfly and demand repayment of charges. I spoke with justfly/Claude whom confirmed it was a FREE and that I need to speak to the airline. I shared my conversation I just had with the airline to her. She hung up. I called immediately after and spoke with Sally, she said the airline had control of the fees and kept repeating herself. asked to speak to a manager she said managers don't take calls nor do they return calls. It's a darn shame because I have 4 flights in December for my daughter in December to fly with justfly. These additional fees are going to effect her limited budget. Shame on justfly!
