MasterCraft Doors
I wish I had read this page before I bought a Master Craft Door. The frame melted. Their solution is to replace the door and I am telling them that is not acceptable. I want a refund. As with other comments I have to pay the cost of installing the replacement door not to mention the reinstalling of the storm door.

a 'roll of wallpaper' has always been considered a double roll - no matter where you shop. hence - you actually DID get 4 rolls - physically they came in 2 rolls. confusing? yes. standard measurements and practices? yes.

During the remodel of my home I ran into a couple problems with the doors I had purchased. I understood the warranty was going to cover the replacement or the repair of defective products. It was also clearly stated in their warranty that labor was not included. After I filled out the required paperwork and sent it in I received a response letter in 4 or 5 business days. I was satisfied my complaint was being addressed in a prompt manner. One my exterior door I receive a new glass because it was cracked on the decorative part. They were very helpful with providing the change-out instructions. My interior door problems turned out to be installation errors that had to be addressed with my contractor. But in that matter Mastercraft provided detailed installation instructions and pointed me toward a very helpful video online.
