Phone Issue/Pymt Made Today

Dear Customer Service Rep:

I paid my Acct today at 11:05 am and my Cell Phone is still not on. The Time now is 8:31 pm. Why? I spoke with (2) Customer Serv. Reps today and was on the phone with each of them for awhile. I need my phone on. You've already been paid, I need my Phone on. I cannot make Calls and some Texts will not go through.This is a Complaint, since I don't understand why I'm being treated this way. I've always "Paid my Bill" and don't understand why I'm going through this hassle to get it back on. The Second Rep I spoke to, said it was be (3) Days-72 Hrs before my phone would be back on.

Please help me.
