STILL NO REFUND
I purchased over $200.00 in clothing which the sizes were cut extremely too small. I paid 20.00 for fast delivery which all items didn't arrive as the order
stated. I returned the items and was charged another $7.00 for postage. Meaning, if the clothing doesn't. Then you could be out of $20 - $40 in postage if the clothing doesn't t which Metrostyle should bare some of the cost. As there clothing are not cut true to size and not sized to American standards.
Metrostyle has refused to give me a full refund back to my credit card. Instead said they gave me a credit which I have yet to see that as well. However, I do not want a credit as it's apparent there clothes sizing manufacturing standards is Defective.
Don't purchase clothing from them as they take to long to locate return orders and in turn will blame you for not getting it to them in time.
When I called about the return order. They acted as though they had not received my order that tells me they had no thought of refunding my money.
As of date, I've written several emails to there Customer Service Department who still refuses to refund my money.
I didn't like: Poor customer service.
