Unfair Business Practices
I completely understand the customer above these people are VERY BAD in customer service they hang up on you and are not willing to work with you. I'm talking about Veronica, Dolores and Cassandra from the Houston office by the beltway in Greenspoint I don't know why they still have a job if they are totally unprofessional. I just can't wait to stop dealing with these ignorant and low life people.

I agree. I have never been 30 days late.. not once. I have two payment left on my car.. and alone with the already numerous calls they make to me every day.. they have begun threatening me. Saying they are are going to reposses my car and i have till noon today to call becasue "with a deplorable acct like mine i am running out of time and options".. I'm like.. really.. c/mon..
I even filed a compaint with a manger one time becase an employee was being horriable and i asked her to please speak to me with the same respect i spoke to her.. .and she literally laughed at me and told me with an acct like the one i have why would i excpect any respect from anyone. Now remember i have never even been 30 days late. I asked to speak with her supervisor at which she started laughing again and told me that her supervisor would tell me the same thing. When i finally got a supervisor she explanined that the problem with my acct was that i had never actually spoken to them. I'm like.. you always got my payment why would i need to speak to you. The manager acutally laughed at me, and said...Ma'am, we get paid for each commitment we make so you mean nothing to us unless we get a commitment out of you.
I hung up ...and i hope this company dies a horrable death... i also know that if i ever purchase another car and they get my loan, i will return the vehicle and take what comes with it.
