I hope they fall on their faces and go out of business quickly
This is my second transaction with TGSCOM dba: Midwest Hunter's Outlet. It's not that the first one went well at all. Much like many of the other reviews I too had to wait the standard 7-10 business days before the item was "supposed to ship." Keep in mind it's business days, Monday through Friday, so based on when you place your order, it can be up to two weeks (even more if there are holidays). The first order was a nightmare; I ordered my hand gun on November 27th, by January 17th, I had had enough, they sent me a progress email every week that just says "order confirmed/processing." I called every week and asked when will my weapon ship? The representatives (which by the way takes about 10 minutes of waiting each time when calling to get a live person on the line) would state the same: "well the ffl and everything is set, we're just waiting on the manufacturer to ship the weapon to us, it should be in by this time next week." Ha! they might as well fire all of the reps and just put that as their answer when you call them. So I tried one more time (this time a different weapon which I confirmed was in stock with the operator). But come to think of it she said the same thing; "it will take 7-10 business days to ship." You know I think I'll slip ole Obama an email - tell him the easiest way of gun control is to make everyone buy through TGSCOM/Midwest Hunter's outlet, there will never be another new gun in the hands of a law abiding citizen from then on... I don't know what to tell you if anybody has had a real positive experience. A warning to all of you online shoppers, this company has close to three dozen shell companies on the web. My guess is they're all piss poor, you can see for yourself by typing www dot TGSCOM dot com, then click on "partners" to see all the sites, most don't even work/sell anything...
