never order from them
I purchased new kitchen stuff from them and after more than three month I received nothing. When I called them about the refund they asked me to wait a bit more but still nothing.
They don't want to give a refund and they don't want to send me my order. I want my money back and I will get them, but people be careful with them!

they sell what they don't have
This is not the first time. I ordered some spices and expected them to be her by thanksgiving. These guys have sent me an e-mail saying they are overwhelmed and the spices are going to be here next week. The same happened to me last year as well. Beware of these scammers.

waste of money, fraudulent company, never shipped me my purchase!
This company is unreliable and fraudulent1 They didn't ship me my order, which I purchased more than six months ago! I tried to contact them numerous times but it seems that they don't have customer support service at all. I can't get my money back and now I guess they will never send me what I ordered. Don't buy from them!

Took the money and never sent me the product
I have never received the spices that I ordered from this store. I made a purchase in April this year, and they kept ignoring my e-mails when I wanted to find out why is it taking so long.
I have lost faith that I will ever receive the purchase.

Refund for cooking class
I purchased a cooking class through Living Social from the Milford Spice Company. Living Social offered the class for $17, which I signed up for. However, when trying to register for the class at Milford Spice Company, my credit card was charged $30 for the class. I have now paid $47 for a $30 cooking class. Initially, my e-mails to the company were answered by someone named Laura, and I was assured that my account would be credited for the $30 withing three days. It has been over three weeks and nothing. Now, my e-mails are ignored and any phone number for their company is either a private residence, disconnected or to a voice mail which has not been set up yet. Total scam. Beware all!

send me wrong order and never fixed their mistake
I purchased spices from their store and when I received my order I found that they send me wrong items which I never purchased. I tried to make an exchange but they never fixed their mistake, without a reason and any reply. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Absolutely no response from multiple calls and emails
I ordered some spices Feb 21, received confirmation Feb 26 that it was being processed and I am still waiting for a response for why they cancelled the order and credited back the money. I sent several emails to [email protected]; called customer service multiple times - which automatically goes to voicemail - same with "Sales" - NOTHING! Oh, I have dealt directly with the owner (Laura) in the past with delayed orders, and have yet to hear from her. I do have to say, I like their product, but will never, ever order from them again because of the pathetic customer service and total lack of communication. Find another spice company!

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Don’t waste your time with them. they will only take your money and won’t answer any of your emails.

Never Received My Order
I placed my order on 3/28/12. It was through a Groupon, but I ordered extra product beyond the special. They charged my credit card and cashed my Groupon the next day (pretty sure charging a credit card before shipping is illegal; certainly unethical). Still have not received my spices. Yes, I did say March 28, 2012. I too received the plethora of apologetic emails, and I just received my 3rd email over the past 9 months telling me my order is in "Shipping Set-Up". Not sure what that means; I think they just do this to tease me. I have called and emailed but to no avail. I have 2 inquiries logged on their Customer Service board, which show up under My Account, but no response to those either. Good thing I am not holding my breath!!!

didn't complete my order
I placed an order on their website and I was highly disappointed with their services. Actually there were no services at all! This company charged me for purchased items but never send me my order. I will never advice this company to anyone! Beware and stay away!
