They were totally irresponsive and not helpful at all
USAA referred us to this company for our mortgage and they just made the home buying process a nightmare. They were totally irresponsive and not helpful at all. Beware of this company!

Accuracy & Process
USAA referred this company to us. I trusted them when they sent us through Military Family Home Loans for our mortgage. This has been the WORST experience of my entire life. Military Family Home Loans lost paperwork, misplaced others, lost track of the process, had to adjust the close date four times, didn't return phone calls, was completely unresponsive, lied about the progress of the paperwork, and worst of all seemed to have just started making mortgage loans a month ago. In many cases they were absolutely clueless. We have been in escrow for over 45 days and they now say that the loan is awaiting final approval. Nothing seems to be hapening. Each time that they find something to fix they also find two more questions to ask. USAA can't help at all and seems powerless and unable to do anything.
I would not recommend doing business with Military Family Home Loans. As a result of this experience I am considering pulling my money out of USAA and getting my insurance somewhere else. This has been a horrible experience.

THE WORST COMANY EVER
THIA IS THE WORST BUSINESS NIGHTMARE RIP OFF COMPANY OUT THERE , THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER GOT THE LOAN THRU , AFTER 4 MONTHS OF RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENT STAFF AND I STILL HAVE THE CORRESPONDENCE FILED , I FINALLY AFTER HAVING ME LITERALLY IN TEARS GOT ANOTHER LOAN PUT THROUGH IN 10 DAYS AND HAD MY CLOSING . I SERIOUSLY QUESTION THE VALIDITY AND THE CORRUPTION WITH IN THIS ORGANIZATION. USAA HAS FINALLY COME TO ITS SENSES AS OF SEPT 15, 2014 AND STOPPED ITS REFERRALS FOR THIS ORGANIZATION. ALTHOUGH I SEE THE INTERNET STILL ADVERTIZES IT . USAA DID NOT DUE ITS DUE DILIGENCE IN CHECKING ON THIS COMPANY TO REPRESENT OUR MILITARY .
