Hard selling
If he offered no I.d how do you know he was a miller pattison salesman? he wasn't, they're all self employed, they sell generated jobs to the highest bidder ie miller pattison/Mark insulation/dyson etc. They manifest themselves as employees so they can lean on the reputation of the big firms to gain trust. No one would give them the time of day if they introduced themselves as self employed middle men.

damage to fence
around the 23rd or 24th jan my next door neighbour at no 6 grantwood had cavity wall insulation installed. i live at no 8 how ever
i had to contact you about the mess which had been left on my land .the workmen had to come back to tidy this up.When they
were doing their installation of cavity wall it was necessary to remove one of my fence panels when it was replaced they
damaged the concrete base which they took photographs off and which we have on our mobile phones it was stated that they would show these photographs to their inspector and he would contact us wigan 01942 204130.this as not yet been the case.
please inform me of your intentions.
