overcharge
I was unhappy with their services and I cancelled my contract. After I made this, they charged my account two times. I called them and they said that it was a mistake and they would refund me my money and at the moment I am waiting for this refund more than half a year!! This is such a scam!

no service, no refund
Beware of this scam. I signed up for their service and didn't receive any info when I was looking up my daughter. I asked for a refund and never got it. Beware!!
