Mobiloans must be avoided!

I have received an offer from an online company for a payday loan. I went for it and got approved for $600. Turned out that Mobiloans are not licensed in the state I live in (WA) and basically can do whatever they want. Their interest rates are enormous. They were ordered to stop giving out loans in WA until they get the license, however, it seems that they are still doing this illegally preying on innocent people!

I currently work in the call center that collects on the loans for great Plains, moblioans, qcredit. All tribal companies. The bottom line is u will always be late it is set up for that. u will always be paying for some payment that was missed somewhere & they will tell u u have been playing catch up. But the sick part of the whole scam is they will take a payment right before it's due to purposely make a nsf so they can charge one full payment as the penalty. Ur r penalized whatever your payment is that's the non sufficient fund fee. Thas how they can keep everything going. So if u were supposed to pay 100 on the 5th they pull on the 4th the money's there on the 5th they don't pull agan until 6th u owe 200. It's a joke & that's how the agents get paid by taking the payment when u call & ask why the mix up is. Don't pay another dime all u have to say is I'm suing u don't call again we have to remove ur # we lie about reporting to credit bureau.
