overcharge without a reason

This company is a pure scam! I used to be their customer for 5 years and I decided to cancel my contract because I found more reliable company for me. These people tried to overcharge me about $10 000 for the cancellation. Absolutely unreasonable and fraudulent charge! I never expected this from them and after that accident I will never recommend this company to anyone!
