unauthorized charges

I had an account with them and I was absolutely satisfied with their services until I found an unauthorized charge made by them. they charged about $30 from my account without any reason and my permission. They ignored me when I tried to contact them and I had to cancel an account to prevent future charges. This company is not reliable and it is better to stay away from them!
