overcharge without a reason

I was overcharged by this company when I took my car there for shock absorber installation. They promised me one price but after service was complete they charged me more. I asked them about the overcharge but they never provided me a proper reason and after I refused to pay they said that they won't give me my car back. Be careful and better find more reliable car service!
