Jeffery Kowlowski. I went with Darryl Von Yokely and received a check in 8 days of picking up the phone to speak to them. Montlick is the ABSOLUTE wrost.

Issues w/ the paralegal as well as assistant being rude. Neither care about you not having income due to the auto accident. It's really horrible!! They speak with you like you're stupid. My accident happened a few months ago, while I was pregnant and you would think that they would speed things up. I was told to wait 4 months and then I would be contacted due to the attorney being busy!!! Omg!! Plus I've spoken with the lawyer once and that was 2 months ago. I'm just disgusted w/ then and totally unhappy. Just give me my damn check. This company is really not worth the bull.!!

Wow...where can I start, you guys are so right, the commericals the community help is so misleading, they dropped me after going through this for eight months and now I am stuck with doctor bills they said that the lien/lawsuit will pay and not to worry. Well, i was dropped because they said the money from the lawsuit would not be feasible. They said after bills, lawyers, court the money for me would not be much.....Did they understand that the medical payments would be covered and I was not concerned about pocket money. I am so upset that I spent eight months with this firm. People if you live in the state of GA file your own claim if its below 15,000 in magistrate court and if you lose their you can go to a higher court to where you can at least get something to help. I was floored when a attorney said that we can drop you as well as you can drop us and when another Attorney in quality control said to me that they can make these decisions and that I signed the application at the doctors office...but I did it only because they told me this. I have lost my car, job (hurt), finances are out the window, have to file in court(pay), lost eight months of waiting, was not kept informed of the process, lawyer was a smart ass and I was told that David Montelick will stand behind his attornies decision...even after I asked to speak directly to him...I literally hate myself for this. when you look on their website it is all GOOD reviews. You have got to be kidding me.

I sought montlick and associate and it was a great mistake i see there deceiving commercail im just thinking wow they'll hurt someone again because of their greed not care or of fairness.joel hausman was the attorney appointed to me,at first he was great i thought,i did my surgery of course i did not know it was really for their benefits,i am in more pain than was before the surgery and i mean this its not a joke.
We settled for $177,500.00 in july2013,at the time i was living with a man who was abusive and looking forward to my settlement,but i had nowhere to go so i asked joel hausman please to give me an advance of $2000.00 my own money due to the fact within two weeks August 07,2013 it wouldd be here and he could get it back,i told him of this situation i was living and told him im afraid the guy is going to hurt m but he said he couldnt help.
So i decided to try and hang on for the next two weeks when within that time the man became abusive again,ironically August 07?2013,the abusive man and i are arrested for domestic abuse,so now im in jail the day i am to pick up my check.
Out of$177,500 my check is $106,500.so i call joel hausman and tell him of thee predicament im now in they then assured me my money's where safe,so i got another attorney to get me out this situation which will be $5000.00 so joel comes to the jail with paper for me to a release for the $5000.00 now he has my money's but it takes him almost two months to pay the attorney prolonging my Stay in jail,unknowns to me he has power of attorney over my funds and has it in a escrow account mind you he had gotten his 71,000.00 right away.so know when i get out the game begins
I receive one check for 37,508.70 then a month are so later a check for 3998.00,so even if i spent 40,000 in medmedical experiences something is still wrong and since when you go back and forth to collect your monies it should be one payout.
You want a real honest lawyer on yourside not a liar or some liar lawyer who tries to intimidate your while your in a vulnerable spot like i was when i got locked up,he wouldn't of had the chance to see opportunity to hurt his client who is also feeding him,so everytime i see that montlick commercail,all i see is deceit and my money is help paying for this deceit on public television
And trust me this is no joke,in the beginning i truly thought their firm was great but not all now ,i experience them myself.

Auto Accident
My family was in a wreck in 2012-I was out of work for 6 weeks from injuries-it was two years before We heard from them-then they were pushing for that two year date-then they had to hire another lawyer in Dalton to go to court-so out of 12,500-I got 3000 and it took me three years -they have 2800 on hold to see if they have to pay my medical insurance back it has been almost four years-they got 9000 dollars for my pain and suffering-every time I see their commercials absolutely turn my stomach-I don't recommend Montllick and Associates to anyone-they are a bunch of liars and only out to get money for themselves -their commercials need to be taken off the air-they are nothing but lies!!!!!

Do Not use these people. I was told that since I do not belong to a special group that I didn't have any rights. Sounds racist to me. I do not even care if I live anymore and the attorney that I spoke with sounded like he worked for the company that treated me horribly. He made the situation worse and wouldn't even let me talk. He was a moron.

Bad Service
Am so disappointed with you guys your commercial make you feel like you will be on our side. You guys took my case since 2013 and now you tell me my case don't worth anything. You should of known . Am wondering if there's a pay off some where and it wasn't for me. My attorney n was not working for me i guess he was working for himself.. but it's you have to live with your self Chris O . Do you sleep at night? Am still gonna struggle and sleep u will always have this on your conscience . God will deal with you...

Bad Service to the fullest
It is so sad how Montlick and assoc beat clients. I would highly recommend that people chose another firm. I can't understand how the monteries are not calculating. It didn't make sense to me that I had to pay $355.19 for case expenses which was explained as postage, getting medical records. Something I could have gotten for free. If i am ever in any type of situation I WILL NEVER AGAIN squire their services.
BE AWARE PEOPLE.
THE COMMERICALS ARE ALL LIES.
