Mr Coffee coffee maker

Dear Mr. Coffee,
I have used your products for over 30 years & this is the first time that I have had to complain. I usually trow away or pass down any of my old coffee makers. Two months ago I purchased a new Mr Coffee maker. A thermal model sporting a stainless pot. I looks fantastic on my counter & keeps the coffee warm. : ) It is model BVMC-PSTX91. For the first month all was well, then the light for the cleaning cycle came on. I have run vinegar & water through the pot 5 times (a solution that I have used for over 30 years to clean your pots).
The clean light will not turn off. The Mr. Coffee makes great coffee, but the light stays on. : ( This is not good southern hospitality when I have to explain to my guests, who like my kitchen, that my pot was clean & the clean button just stays on. Please fix this problem by sending a new Mr. Coffee to me. It does not need to be the same model, just make sure there will be no problems with the cleaning cycle. Mr. Coffee BVMC-PSTX91

We purchased a Mr. Coffee model BVMC-PSTX91 at our local Target last year. We paid approximately $90.00 for this coffee maker. We have had nothing but problems with it from the start. The refillable water container has a white float in it that stays wet and becomes musty. I have severe allergies and think that this is not helping. It also leaks considerably from the bottom. If you fill the pot and program it for the Morning, the water has all leaked out by the time you get up! There is also a burning smell whenever a pot of coffee is made. I am so disappointed with this coffeemaker. I went to the store intending to purchase another brand altogether, but this model seemed like the best deal. Please contact me about this matter.
