Avoid like the plague
I went to Mr. Lube @ 3155 Argentia Rd for a warranty replacement on Tires I bought from them that were defective at the beginning. I did 6 balancing before they finally replaced them. In replacing the tires, a wheel stud on the front driver side was damaged which was not reported when I picked up my car. Driving back the vehicle reported tire pressure low. I stopped to check the tires and that’s when I noticed a missing nut and the threading on the stud damaged. I called the manager who indicated to get it fixed and he will reimburse me as replacing the bolt is not in their scope of service. I replaced the stud at midas and on calling to speak to the manager to arrange the reimbursement the attendant indicated the issue was cross threading and hence no refund. The mechanic at midas indicated the damage was done by over torqueing from a power drill. Which is consistent with the damage on the bolt. Only damage to the top of the bolt and the threading at the base is normal. I did the rerpair and the manager is refusing to pay.
This shop is dishonest and technicians a joke and I will never take my vehicles there again and no one else should.
