Mr. Lube - Avoid at All Costs!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Especially the location at Hwy 10 & Wanless Drive. My Girlfriend went there a week ago to get an oil chance as she lives a block away from the location. Her car had a safety done a few weeks before and was inspected by both Lyft and Uber as well. She was being proactive and getting a fresh oil filter and oil for her car before she got started. She drove about 10Km from the shop when her car stuttered and stalled in an intersection and she was able to pull into the gas station. She opened the hood and saw the pictures below. A missing oil cap. She called the location and they refused to assist in any way. We contacted head office and they quickly dismissed it as not their issue! I went to GM and got a new cap and some oil but the damage had been done. clouds of white smoke filled the whole parking lot so we had the car towed to "my mechanic" who I have used for years and had 1,000 dollars in repairs done to get her up and going again. Head office or the location still dismiss any liability so off to court we go! Save yourself the trouble and find a good local mechanic you can trust!
