2400 Damage to my Vehicle

Brought my working vehicle in for an oil change, and emissions test. Unfortunately this location does not have the emissions test and was referred to their other location in Kitchener to get the emissions test done. During the service it was determined that my coolant system should be flushed... I've never done it. Turns out that my BMW X6 should not have the coolant changed ever! it's got lifetime coolant. This car has 2 additional coolant systems off the main coolant system. It has 2 heater cores and turbos. During the coolant flush Mr Lube introduced air into the secondary systems. Within 24 hours I had no heat on the driver side, but heat on passenger side, and rear. Within 48 hours my reservoir tank cracked. 11 days later and $2500 later my car is fixed and all the air taken out that Mr. Lube injected into my system. And they won't pay for the damages they caused to my vehicle.

DO NOT GO TO MR LUBE in Cambridge, ON, Kitchener, ON, or Guelph, ON. Same people own all the locations and will not stand up for their technicians damages to my car. Even their kitchener location admitted to me they did the flush wrong. This ownership team didn't even have the balls to call me directly and hid behind the technician who damaged my vehicle. Funny the technician is also the guy who did the investigation to make the ownership group deny my claim.
