I took my car in to get my winter tires put on today. I stopped at the mall on the way home, by the time i got home, one of my tires was flat. The 'Manager' told me that he was very clear about stating to me that he was worried about one of the tires. I was waiting at Walmart for 5 hours, as it is the start of the season, and everyone is trying to get theirs on. About two hours before I picked mine up, I went and told them that I wanted to keep the all-season tires I have already, as I was told by my dealership that they were still good a couple of weeks ago. They told me the tires were low on tread, so I might keep only the front wheels. I was ok with that. That was the only statement told to me. I was waiting when I saw one of the service guys come in with my key, and walked right up to the counter, signed and paid. I don't see how that means that it was clearly stated that one of my tires was apparently no good. They put me and my daughter in danger, driving the highway with a flat, when they obviously know better. I am so angry and disappointed! Also, he says he is the "territorial manager" for Western Canada, so he "is the only one to deal with my complaint".
