On June 28th , my wife took in our Jeep Cherokee for an oil change and was also sold a differential fluid change. One day after this change, our vehicle was in the dealership for a new rear differential, this cost was over $3000.00, nothing was wrong with the vehicle before Mr Lube did this change

After speaking with the dealership where the vehicle was purchased and getting manufacturing proof on the fact that the differential fluid is lifetime and should NEVER be change, Mr Lube has decided they are not at fault because of what their computer states and calling around to confirm other versions of a story with different dealers and not listening to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased or manufacturer proof

AVOID this location and all cost, they will not own up to the damage they directly caused and instead are looking to deflect to any other reason but the fact nothing was wrong before Mr Lube did the differential change

I understand accidents happen, however not taking ownership for the mistake and leaving me with a bill over $3000.00 is unacceptable
