Harmful Bus Driver
I had a similar incident this morning while trying to board the OM11 in Forest Hills on my way into Manhattan. Although, in my case I really don't think that the bus driver even noticed me. He closed the door as I was boarding the bus, same as you, with one foot on the bottom step and the other foot outside on the ground. My body was trapped in the door and I have the bruises to show on my leg, stomach, arm, neck, and back. I screamed at him to stop but he just either ignored me or didn't hear me. Finally, as he was about to pull away (after me being trapped for about 5-10 seconds) he released the doors and I got on the bus while screaming at him. I took a seat on the bus (first mistake) went to work (second mistake) and called the MTA to complain. They gave me the number to file a claim and I had to leave a message which I have yet to hear back. So after being at work for 2 hours in excruciating pain, I decided to go to the nearest emergency room where I was examined and x-rayed. Luckily nothing was broken, but I have a leg contusion, a clavicle contusion, a sprained wrist and a hell of a lot of pain. I will follow up with the MTA and maybe in a few years I'll get reimbursed for my medical bills.

Driver did not lay customer get off bus
I wanna complaint One of Q65 driver .
I was getting up to get off the bus when it stoped at 26 ave . But I was slow a little bit because of there was an elderly lady sit on next to me . The rear door has just closed when I got there . And bus did not start to drive yet . I did called driver “back door “, “I’m getting off “ , and there were 3 or 4 guys helped me to call him to open the door . But what happened later is , driver just started to leave , just ignored me , and ignored people who called him . He just driver to 25rd . I had to get off there .
I’m not saying like I need to walk back to 26ave , but it is not right to me that he just ignored me without start the bus .
I didn’t take picture of the bus licence plate . But I do remember the exactly time is 18:03 when bus stop 25rd on 2/18/2018. And I do remember the guy who drive bus is black guy(I don’t mean anything, but I just wanna tell whatever the information that I got ).
And after I got home , my roommate told me that she also got one experience like this before with different driver .
That is not good .
