blackmailers alert!
These people find some compromising info on people using google, then advertise it and blackmail those people asking to pay them if they want the information to be removed. But when they get their money they don't remove that information, they just transfer it to another website and ask for MORE! THey are racketeering innocent people! These people must be stopped!!!

www.mugshots.com
At this point I have received information from ftc, florida department of agriculture and consumer services, pam bondi's office, my n.y ag, my congressman, fdle. I have consulted several lawyers (that say 50,000.00, just to prove cause of action). It appears that the government agencies in all 50 states are not in communication about this problem, or are delibertly witholding information from the public. Everyone should request FOIA from ftc..ALL files and complaints against www.mugshots.com. I Don't understand why google, yahoo, bing are not 404ing this website, but they are error paging complaints about this website and error paging current information about classaction law suits involving this page. I don't understand who, or why they are being afforded the protection of not having to be transparent about who is the owner/operator of the site, where their American DBA's are located. How did this site get written releases and how much and who they paid to get the mugshot data. I had to pay for my information, and thepolice/sheriff's department sent me a form stating that they released my booking photo to no one...I don't get it! Is this a government scam? Is this something hacked by Anonymous? Everyone has to stand up and make a statement to there state AG and Dateline! I also don't understand how this site www.mugshots.com is out optimizing and ranking current data next to persons name. would like to meet with persons that were nolle process and expunged for conversation. Check out Avvo.com website. Good advise and alot of information. WHOIS www.mugshots.com..Cowards show your faces.

SCAMMERS working with Florida.Arrests.Org
It appears that both Florida.Arrests.Org and Mugshots.com are working together to get rich off of the Arrest Records of People who have been arrested in Florida at one time or another. While Florida is already a haven for all types of SCAM COMPANIES, including network marketing scams, it is apparent that suddenly someone from Florida comes up with this idea of how to Legally Blackmail People who have been arrested for one reason or another. This form of BLACKMAIL is affecting PEOPLE FROM GETTING EMPLOYED and FROM PROVIDING FOR THEIR FAMILIES in a very tough economy. It seems like both of these companies are working together in partnership or they are feeding each other to make money off of those who are trying to better their lives. I would not be surprised to find out they are linked to other similar companies.

beware and avoid
I was overcharged by this company for the order I never made. They refused me in a refund and I had to invite them to the court. This company ignored whole process and never arrived in the court. This is horrible, beware and avoid this company at all costs!

picture from 21 years ago on their site
there has to be a way to get rid of that site. I found out thar they are renting their web ip address from Amazon, so maybe if we boycott Amazon, they will be forced to shut them down, and no other site will rent them space because of fear of being boycotted as well. Goto whois www.mugshot.com, it liat the sites info.

mugshots.com
I have already called/emailed and complained to Amazon for giving web space to such a company, and will not purchase from them again as long as they do so. Mugshots.com does not honor a dismissal, nor an order to expunge and if you pay to have the photo removed, you'll find it will then appear on one of their other sites (they have many) just so that you will have to keep doing so. If you want to complain to Amazon, email [email protected] They should not be allowed to ignore an order to expunge and should not be able to profit from something like this. Most states are working on legislation to make this illegal, but you have to notify the website to remove it (providing your order to expunge and they have to remove it within 30 days WITHOUT A CHARGE) however, they make sure you cannot contact them as no address is provided. If the state website that posted the picture to begin with has to take it down from the internet, then anyone else who pulled that information should have to remove it as well.

They are being SUED!!
According to federal court records the owners are Thomas Herbert Keesee and Marc Gary Epstein (lawyer)
Both live in Florida (NOT West Indies) and have made quite a living from this scam. Half a million dollar houses
with plenty of untaxed spending cash to go around!!! Peter Gabiola VS Thomas Keesee is the name of the lawsuit.
