Pathetic n horrible service
Dstv is full of nonsense. They only best with ridiculous service. I paid my acc on the 1st of December and not the suspended my account and telling me that my account of due by the 22nd I mean what nonsense is that. When I spoke to them they wanted me to pay R700 n when I ask them why they could not answer me. I had to manually calculate the pro-rata with the lady that was assisting n we came with an agreement that the amount due would R400 n I paid that. Not they savings my account is due. Dstv is full of shit just because it's December they trying to rip us money. This company is just full of shenanigans, can we have another provider that can give us better service. I want this resolved assp.

Dit het onder my aandag gekom dat daar n tv reeks gaan begin en wat sonder my vriend se mede wete gaan hy onder bespreking wees, die hele reeks is gebaseer op sy eie geloofs oortuiging en ek glo dat dit nie sonder sy toestemming mag geskied nie.
Ek verseker julle dat dit nie kosher is nie.
En dat die vervaardiger dstv se platvorm gebruik om swart te smeer.

Incorrect entries on account
I have repeatedly gone through incorrect accounting entries with different consultants at DSTV, with no undestanding or willingness from their side to correct what is wrong. The entries include overlapping dates resulting in double charges & decoders being switched on & charged for that have not worked for years. This must border on fraud. I used to be on a debit order system to pay my account, but due to the overcharges on my account I cancelled the debit order, & due to non payment on my part, my service has now been suspended. I am now embarassed because i cannot give DSTV to guests i have in my guest house. Their service is less than good & their willingness to resolve issues is nil. I have been a client for 20 plus years & have had issues before that i have reported without resolution. This is now enough. I have cancelled my account with them.

Poor customer service of Dstv accredited instellers
Good morning
I would like to lodge a complaint against the Dstv accredited installer thatis listed on Dstv data based.
On the 03 of January 2019, I called one of the Dstv accredited installer (knowledge & Creativity Concept) his name is Mabena, as I had a problem with my Dstv Decoder.
He came to asses the problem and he told us that the is a problem with an LNB an he ask for an amount of R300.00 to buy the LNB and later called and said the LNB is R450.00 .
And he told me that he will come and install the LNB, up to date he has not come I keep o phoning him he gives me accuses an now he is ignoring my calls, I don't know what to do now, because I am paying for the service and I m not getting good services.
