MusicianVip took my money

I ordered a "professional trumpet" from MusicianVip at Amazon. When the delivery came I say that it was in no way a professional instrument, so I sent it back with Fedex. I allowed tracking the package and I knew that MusicianVip received it and signed for it. A few days later I contacted them concerning a refund and they said that the package was damaged and they did not authorize the return. This is is very suspicious. I think they lie to me. I lost 2000usd because of MusicianVip. Never order from them.
