Bad product, no refund

I have purchased a trunk for my motorcycle from an Ebay seller Mutazu. I have paid almost $600.00, and I didn't wait long for the purchase to arrive. I decided to try out the trunk the next day, and I attached on the back of the motorcycle. On my way to work, in the middle of the city road, I heard a loud noise. I looked in to my mirror, and saw that the trunk isn't there. I pooled over and saw that the trunk was lying on the road. Thank goodness, it didn't hit any cars. I picked up the trunk, and saw that all the mountings were broken. I contacted the seller and he refused to give me a refund of a replacement! Beware!
