HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered this bobblehead as a Christmas gift back in November. It arrived in January... BROKEN!!! After reading their policy on broken items (policy states they will replace the item within 7 days) I contacted the company and they said that because the damage was minimal that they would only refund me 10%. I don’t know why they consider it minimal, there is a huge chunk of hair missing from the back of her head!!!! I have opened a case on PayPal to get satisfaction. Never in my life (50 years) have I bought something where item arrived broken and the company said “the damage is minimal so here’s 10% compensation for your $200 item!” If something is broken, ITS BROKEN AND SHOULD BE EXCHANGED OR A FULL REFUND SHOULD BE OFFERED!!! Sad because this gift has been such a hit on my social media. At least 20 people have asked me where they could have one made... I have not told one of them the companies name!!!!
