I needed to find some records about my family, so when I entered this website they charged me $20.00 instead of $1.00. I have been in contact with them, and they told me this would be resolved, however, I did not receive a reply in two weeks.

stay away! you have been warned!
I have been robbed by this company! I just wanted to get some records, paid exactly $1.00 like they asked when I registered, but then I found a double charge on my credit card for another $20.00! Will never dela with them again!!!!
