This is ridiculous
I recently went online to make my May payment and noticed that my loan had increased 260.00 due to tax error of charging us twice from the myloancare company. I called and had the loancare representatives look at it and was told it would take up to 24 hours and it should be resolved and a new payment should be applied and decreased.
I never received a call back and had to keep calling the company. I am still waiting for the return call to see what my new payments. I was told that Isheka Dubay at 1-757-452-5431 was going to call me when everything is completed.
I called back again and spoke to another representative who is now they are saying they have to run another escrow analysis it will now be a 72hour wait before I will know what my house payments are. I wish whoever changed us to this loan will change us back to Chase! These people and their customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!! I am still waiting on that phone call.
