scam!
I paid $1.00 just to take a glance what were they about, and before you know it, I was charged another $20.00! I contacted their customer support, but they never replied to me and it’s been a week!

I CLICKED FOR HOURS TO DOWN LOAD THE GENEALOGY REPORT, BUT IT WAS NEVER PROVIDED
NO GENEALOGY REPORT WAS EVER SUPPLIED AND 2 CHARGES WERE MADE:
1 FOR 19.95 & 1 FOR 1 DOLLAR
THE TWO CHARGES MADE TO MY CARD WERE:

unknown charge to my Visa Account
on Dec 28,2012 my Visa Statement had two charges from backgroundfee.com, one for $19.95 and another for $1.00.
On Jan 27, 2013 my Visa acct. was charged $19.95 from myreportplan.com.
I have no idea what all these charges were for.
Please advise what i supposedly purchased from you on the 3 charges listed abov e..
