There is already a thread for mythreecents one with a subdiscussion on power consumption, to boot.
I don't see this one going anywhere or doing anything but wasting electricity and bandwidth on the GTP servers.
If you want to continue a discussion on the perils of my3cents, even using your PS3, at all, there's always the Opinions and Current Events subforum, which used to generate all the hot air needed to run the the steam generators powering this site.
Save electricity, turn off the lights when you lock a thread.

The amount of furor raised my my simple five word statement only serves to further validate my point. Which cliche shall I use? Where there is smoke there is fire? If the shoe fits? The point being, if you want to run a flaming board, then do so. Don't be craven about it and act like it is something it isn't. Call it what it is, a message board for flaming and let the arrows fly. But if you want M3C to be a legitimate consumer advocacy board, then act like adults and be civil.

To clarify, the "ultimate tactic" is to simply write "..." in reply to all flamers and people who ask questions. Right?
I don't think it would work. If you just type "...", then people will probably just assume that you've gone insane, are using a stalling tactic, or are just being generally annoying.
I hereby predict that A_B will use this as another excuse to toast you, and that you will respond to this post - and every other post made in this thread - with "...".
Also, ". . ." kicks "..." in its fat, rubbery ass, because I say so.
