My Custom Bobbleheads Scam

This seems to be organized scamming originating out of China. They operate multiple websites like mycustombobbleheads.com , modernbobbleheads.com , bobbleheadsme.com , getyourbobbleheads.com , myfacegifts.com etc. There are 100s of reviews on the net and their facebook pages (they get deleted fast and replaced by fake reviews). Customers are not receiving their products, no tracking and no shipping information. No working phone number on their website so you can`t call and they do not respond. I lost lot of money and will not anymore order online if I can't talk to an live sales person before placing the order. Fast, cheap, best quality. Too good to be true, and I paid for being foolish. Verify the shop you order before ordering!

Scam? Don't order

Horrible customer service! I ordered two dolls on 04/18. The dolls were shipped from China on May 2. It's been more than a month now, I haven't received the dolls yet. The company is now blaming COVID-19 behind delays, but they didn't update anything on their website regarding delays because of that. Had I known they will take a month to deliver after shipping, I would never have ordered. The company refuses to refund my money and have no idea when the dolls will be delivered. Don't use this service if you want timely delivery or delivery at all.

Fake company

They copy another company w/o “s” at the end, a singular form. They take more than a month to send out their product then when it arrives, the doll is broken. They won’t send out a new unbroken one but tells you to glue it back. How terrible is that?

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE. After multiple redos, where there was a minimal difference after suggestions and many additional photos, they finally came up with something that marginally looked like the people they were to create. This was a 50th anniversary gift and we missed with date of the party. I asked them to remove the expedited shipping, which would have gotten the item on time, I received this item after the date of the party and no refund for the extra time. I would never deal with these people again. For the money you pay for these bobbleheads one would expect better service and a better product. Go on Etsy and you will find people in the USA who do these.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a bobblehead for my husband. They sent me a preview of the head for approval and it looked good so I gave the ok. When I finally received it, I'm glad I opened it because they sent me someone else's order. I have spent the last week and a half sending emails that have gone unanswered. So there's some dude out there with a bobblehead of my husband while I have some random dude's bobblehead in my closet. Better off going on Etsy. Mistakes were made.
