Don’t waste your money

I ordered a figure which arrived last week, broken.
I’ve emailed them and contacted them through their website 5 times. All of which have been ignored.
It’s a lot of money to spend on a Father’s Day gift that cannot be given. I have tried to fix it myself but unfortunately even no more nails doesn’t work.
I’m disgusted and have a very very upset little girl.
Such a shame that their customer service is so diabolical as the figure itself, if in one piece, is actually very good.
