DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered an EXPENSIVE custom bobblehead for my dad on June 3rd for Father's Day. (1) you have to pay EXTRA to have the head bobble (2) I paid EXTRA to have it completed in 7 days so it would arrive in time for Father's Day. In 7 days, I was sent a link to approve the HEAD only. There was NO hair or ears. It looked nothing like my father, but again, there was no hair or ears. (3) I asked to be sent the final product before it shipped - the answer was no. (4) After approving the head, I never received the shipping notification. I had to reach out to Customer Service who are HORRIBLE and do not respond. They finally sent me the shipping link and it took over 10 days to arrive. It was FINALLY delivered today, one week after Father's Day.

The customer service is horrendous and no one gets back to you and clearly, once you've paid, they really don't care about any complaints. There are so many companies to choose from for bobbleheads, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE.
