They bill you for money you do not owe
They take money out unscrupulously. They say once we're billed they will never return the money, even if you did not authorize them to do so. Essentially they will attempt never to cancel your subscription. Take your complaints to the FTC. . . .

Suggest you use the following information. Threaten them with FTC complaints. The FTC WILL act on fraudulent charges.

Took money from my visa account with any notice
Myfax is the worst telephone company ever. They have charge me for porting a number. Since when did you hear telephone companies charges anything for porting a number. Their service also sucks, it take more than 5 mins to send a 1 page fax

Oh yeah, I called them, and I was told that the charges is actually hidden from their terms and agreement which is about who know how many millions of characters is it. I told them they can take their number back and give me back my money and was told that they cant do anything about it now. Whata scam
