Wanted to order a history report about vehicle violations, paid $1.00 as it was requested, then found a charge for $20.00 on my cc. What the? I need to speak to a representative of this company asap.

i JUST RECIEVED MY BANK STATEMENT AND WAS CHARGED $19.95 BY MYFEEPLAN.COM. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS AND IT IS AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. I CAN'T EVEN FIND A PHONE NUMBER OR WEBSITE TO CALL OR E-MAIL TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE.
