Incompetent bunch of clowns

I have never dealt with a company that is so incompetent, no one seems to know what the drivers are doing and visa versa. I have had parcels waiting days to be picked up and this is TWICE this has happened, I made a written complaint with no apology. the first time I spent a week everyday chasing up a pickup I am disabled and unable to take them to a drop off. the last day I rang they phoned the driver who knew nothing about picking anything up until they rang. so I was lied to with them telling me someone was coming.
the second time is what I am going through now. Parcels waiting and no pick up, lied to about someone coming for them. I rang up to find out there's know record of me phoning.
Maybe i should ask for them to reimburse me for my phone bill and compensation for stress and money I have lost as an eBay seller
