mysurvey.com&caroladams is an internet scam

mysurvey.com&caroladams promised me revard points for taking online surveys. I've been taking the surveys for three months and finally got enough points for a PayPal gift card. I gave them my email address, but received nothing from them. Now they seem to ban me or something. I try to log in to mysurvey.com&caroladams and the system says my email and password are not recognized! I've spent three months for nothing! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Dear My Survey-

I didn't know where to send this so I apologize if I have sent it to the wrong person.

I received an Order Confirmation for points I had redeemed on May 2. Its been over a month and I haven't received any e-certificates which would allow me to purchase what I have chosen in My Rewards. The order # is W05216A3522. I had a total of 1650 points. My name is Augusta Alexandre and my e-mail address is [email protected].

I hope you can help me with this problem, I've just been waiting and waiting!

REDEEM MY POINTS

I just barely sent an e-mail (copied below) when I realized that the order number was listed incorrectly. I am sending a repeat message with the the correct order number. I couldn't figure out whether the O's in the order number were zeros or capitalized letter o's.
