Overcharge
I recently bought Microsoft Office off of the internet. The downloading process went pretty well until it asked for my password. Putting in the same exact password as I had just created, it came back saying in was "invalid"?
After fighting the system for an hour or two, I called Microsoft support. I was connected to a man in New Delhi, India... struggling to understand him, we finally got the system up and running. I was charged $99.99 (Which I understand and agree with) However, after hours of frustration I checked my bank account and found that I had been double charged $152.98.
I feel that $405.95 is an outrage... How I was ever billed twice for the original software, I don't know. But, I would like a refund put back in my bank account of $152.98
I have been struggling for days now, talking with everyone from India, the Phillipines and other foriegn countries... How do I ever get satisfaction? It has been a nightmare; one which I shall never get involved with again. Never again will I have any dealings with Microsoft.
Sincerely, John C. Howery

Cancelling the Dukes of Hazzard is Ridiculous!!!
How can anyone be offended by the Dukes of Hazzard? There is absolutely nothing offensive about the show. I'm disappointed in your decision. You should be ashamed.

You made an unauthorized purchase against my credit card. And you cannot find me with my email address. You have no way of contacting you either, so I will dispute this charge. Where did you get my credit card number? Is it random? Others beware!!

Put the Charlie Sheen episodes back on of Two and a half men. The Walden episodes with Ashton Kutcher are too boring and not funny and around these times we really need some laughs to distract us.
