Unprofessional

I've had 3 different counselors, they quit and I get assigned a new one, and they have missed every scheduled appointment after I got off work to meet with them Every new counselor starts over again. I think they have been a total waste of my time and money. I wouldn't trust them to do any financial transaction. They can't even respond when you contact the national headquarters about the failures of their employees to make their appointments.
