Huge Scam by Novo Ellite
Myself Manoj from Ras Al Khaimah. I have paid 10,000 AED on June 12th 2019. Till now I haven't got any service from their side. I Called these numbers more than 100 times. (Jison: 0507320299, Farhan : 0509306535, Nancy: 0503202970). They are not at all responding. I have sent many mails to them asking to refund my money. But nothing happend.
Kindly help me, If anyone knows how to claim the money.

we are also cheated by this travel.....we took gold membership last year...one year followed them finally planned to go Europe this September 1 st week..they gave dummy booking and we took visa...my kids are very happy and it is our dream....but still they did't give confirmation and never attend our phone call...one of staff told they didn't get supplier...they said plan next year....we cant believe next year also they give? here we are in heart broke condition....please help us where we give a complaint? and also we must save people from their trap..how can we get our money back?

Novo Elite - Fraud Victim
Anybody has any contact of any Novo Elite employees. I took up membership with lot of promises and were cheated for Dhs.40,000/-. I received an email from Mohammed Farhan of Novo Elite on 11 July 2019 advising me that he was my new relationship manager and that their office was closed for renovation and that their office would reopen on 20 July 2019. The phone number that was provided as emergency contact is not a working number. Today when i spoke to Farhan he mentioned that he left the company and that the office was shifted to DIFC and he has no further details. Appreciate anyone who can help me as have lost Dhs.40,000/- How do i get in touch with DED or Dubai Police to complain.

Victim of Novo Elite
Dear Friends I am too a victim of Novo Elite. Paid AED 37,000 in Feb 2018 and every time I would contact them for making bookings they had one issue or another from supplier contracts being renewed , to operations being shifted to India to office being renovated.
Today I went to their office and the Security guard told me that the office has moved out from the building. If there is a group that is taking action against them please include me - call/whatsapp me on 0565052886

i am silver member and put 10000. Actually I am not rich, me & my wife very like to to travel thats why I paid from my card one Mr ameen he was my sales manger. He said the amount 15000 aed, bur you are my first client thats why I am giving 5000 aed discount. I joint around more than two years. This month we planned to go maldheve. Iast week i send to mail they are not responding. I called them land line & Mobile also. But still they are not picking the phone. Finally i went the kharbash tower building. I met one more guy. He is also victim. We all people together gave case to them. I have more staff numbers. All number are switched off. A group of stupid people. un trustworthy group.

they will never respond well with phone calls or mail.
i have taken a platinum membership on feb 2019. till now i didn't get a welcome dinner or welcome stay.
whenever we are contacting, they are saying some excuses.
they have taken my 15000 aed.
hey, stupid fellows; how can you live and eat with others hard earned money.
Real buffalos... cultureless fellows.

Not only elite novo holidays,there are many in UAE who plans with latest techniques to trap and cheat people.they open holiday company n shut down within a year,again open with a new name with new faces (consultants).Law should act on these white collar fraudsters.

Been trying to reach them for a while. The 8003688 doesn’t work. Whenever we ask for a welcome package they say that they are negotiating with the suppliers. I managed to get 2 offers. And when I ask to meet in their office they say it’s moving. It’s been more than a year still moving!!!
I do not get any response on mail or phone.
The relationship managers have left the company. Some of them informed me that the owners are planning to shut operations. I am trying to get a refund. Can somebody let me know how to proceed. Can we do a group complain to DED.
