Collection parcel

Bad experience again
I been trying the service by easyparcel which is the courier service will come and collect your document.
From the booking online everything is so smooth sound like a very good way.
But today the courier will come and collect the parcel. They never mention what time and I been waiting since morning until 3.30 and I went out to bought lunch. Once I reach home I saw they left a card said miss.
I'm really so disappointed
1st because I been waiting half day they never ever call me.
2nd why they can give us estimated time since they will have scheduled for they whole day list just like 12-2pm or 3-5pm at least we don't have to wait like an idiot.
3nd when I reach home is about 4pm the card shown 3.45pm I cal them up try to ask anyway they turn back. Their answer is we try to come back but no confirm. What the hell is this answer, not responsible at all. Just tell me we cannot come back so I can search for my own way.
This is not a convenient service for us at all.
Not flexible.
Not reliable.
