1-Day Delivery not 1-Day
I tried to cancel a shipment when the order had not yet shipped and they would not cancel nor refund the shipping cost. I spoke to several people and no one cared about customer service satisfaction. BEWARE if you order 1-DAY SHIPPING, they do not ship in one day! They will take your money and make excuses for Weekends and Holidays. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. They do not have good customer service should a problem arise with your order. Read other BBB reviews on this company before ordering something, which I did not do or I would have had money still in my pocket and no added stress over the situation!
