Transfer of Timeshare Ownership

I was recently approached by Nax Capital claiming that they will conduct a valuation on my timeshare and offer me a price around 90% of my purchase price. All paper legal documents and fees will be borne by the company. Once the price agreed, the cheque will be paid on the spot.

I am really hoping it will be true this time round. Some years ago I was lead to buy another membership out of selling away the current one. Yah, I got 2 now. If this is real, and once I see the cheque, I will share with all of you who like me, a fallen prey to the many scams here.

I am keeping my fingers crossed and hope I could share the good news to all of you and hope you could also recover some of your investment.
