Qualifying Event
If you bought NCE thinking it was ACA complaint you may have been mislead by a BAD AGENT and maybe over paying for policy you may not need.
You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you or anyone in your household lost qualifying health coverage in the past 60 days!!! Or expects to lose coverage in the next 60 days.
You must prove you had qualifying health coverage for one or more days during the 60 days before your move.
Losing Health coverage
Income Change
Turning 26 years old and no longer being eligible to stay on a parent’s plan.
Moving from state to state. Moving from one region of a state to another region of the same state. Being released from jail or prison.
Having a child or adopting a child, receiving a child into Foster Care, or Placing a child in adoption or in a Foster Home.
Getting married or entering into a domestic partnership.
Can be determined on a case by case basis.
Becoming a Citizen, a National or becoming lawfully present (not previously law fully present).
Being a member of a federally recognized American Indian or as an Alaska Native Tribe.
No longer eligible for student health coverage.
Turning 19 years old and longer eligible for a child-only plan.
AmeriCorps Vista members starting or ending their service.
Got divorced or legally separated and lost health insurance.
Death- You’ll be eligible for a Special Enrollment Period if someone on your Marketplace plan dies and as a result you’re no longer eligible for your current health.
A seasonal worker moving to or from the place they both live and work
Moving to or from a shelter or other transitional housing

they dont pay anything1111
for prescriptions they payed a 5% on a $400.00 drug that I need daily. otherwise Walmart gives better discounts on all the other drugs with out the cost of these ripoff people. Stay away from this leach company. far away. Save your money.
