Why don't you just go to a brick and mortasr and purchase them on the spot?

OK my husband just got through to them, they advised that they have shipped my order out today, I am not sure if it was all the emails i sent or the fact that i placed a complaint on them through the BBB, however; I do want to say it could have been me jumping to conclusions because of the bad reviews i had read. Patience is a virtue as they say, and I don't have any of that lol. My husband pushed one for sales and was able to finally get through, I hope that this may help someone else as well.

It is the busiest shipping time of the year and orders can and do often take longer during the heighth of the season.
