INEFFECTIVE SERVICE AND FAKE PROMISES
My name is Amol Thorat and I made a big mistake by placing order for football shoes and football guard at Jabong. I did not know that it will give me so much trouble. Your service is highly ineffective.
Case History:
1. I had first placed order on 29th For Nivia Football shoes and football guards.
2. I myself called to confirm the order since no one from your end called.
3. 2 days later I called to check the status. The contact centre person told me that order was cancelled by jabong for quality testing failure issue. Jabong team did bnot even bother to call upfront and inform me of the same.
4. The call centre person placed reorder for the same. This time only shoes since he told football guards are out of stock. This happened on 31st.
5. On 31st night I received a SMS saying that order will be delivered on 1st.
6. On 1st I received two mails( I have attached for the reference) suggesting both the orders are dispatched. I wonder what happened to the order which had quality issues?
7. I was waiting entire day on 1st but no delivery was made. Not even call from Jabong or Javas team( in house delivery company)
8. On 2nd I called to find status. The contact centre person told me that order was returned to origin without any comment. How can jabong do that?
9. I made 7-8 calls in last 5 days but no one knew what the case was and I had to tell the entire story all over again. Even the person who called me on 2nd against my complaint did not have any knowledge of case history. This irritated me further.
10. Even today order has not arrived and no one knows what the issue is.
11. I have requested call centre people to call Javas and ask about the details and they assured me they would but no one is responding back.
12. I called Jabong on 3rd and was shocked to know that even the second order was returned to origin.
I have wasted my 5 days and over 3 hours speaking to JABONG customer care people and still did not get my order delivered. Everyone says same script “ apology for delay and we will escalate the same” I am sick of hearing this.
Jabong should stop fooling around with people and wasting their time. If you cannot deliver, just call and tell you cannot deliver.
Just for your information, my place is only 20 mins from JABONGS MULUND (MUMBAI) HUB, where the goods had reached from last 3 days and yet were not delivered to me.
I seriously wish that I should not have bought from Jabong. Flipkart are way better in terms of logistics and customer management.

very bad qaulity
Nivia studs are very bad in quality ,so prefer other brand.
