Deceptive Trade Practice
No Flame, AKA E-Cigarette Starter Kit email I have is [email protected] Name and Phone # on Credit Card charge is
MB TOP 877-641-4050 (Florida) and 877-766-5306; website is No Flame
Offer trial for $4.95 within 14 days. Order is on-line but have to call within 14 days of placing on-line to cancel "subscription". They ship product a week later. Their website says, and I quote "you have 14 days to try the product...at the end of your trial period your card will be charged". Problem is the product doesn't arrive even a week later to try, then they hit your credit for $99.67. They contend that the clock starts ticking at the time you press enter on your computer. Not so. They offered a partial refund; I refused and opened a claim with my bank's Fraud dept.and told E-Cig rep I was going to do so. Received an email from ECig stating they would refund the entire amount provided I assured them I would not file a claim with my Bank. I am also filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office in NV, with the BBB any other agency pertinent to this companies operations.

Charged my account but haven't shipped product
The No Flame company seems to be the poorest run company in the U.S. A couple of months ago I fell for the try it for only $4.95 deal that No Flame was promoting. This was the first e-cigarette that I tried fiquring that for around 5 bucks was not much to lose. After receiving the product, I learned about the 14 day trial and monthly purchase and I immediately canceled the monthly purchase. I did however, purchase the product that was shipped so that I could continue trying an e-cigarette.Amazingly, their batteries are a good product. I ordered a second battery from them and it took about a month to receive it, I had actually given up on getting it and they had not charged my account, so no loss. A little over a month ago I ordered 2 batteries and a wall charger and I haven't received anything from them. Ten days ago my account was charged for the wall charger and I haven't received it. Just 3 days ago they called me due to my dropped call to them and assured me that I would have my product in 5-7 days. On this day my account has yet to be charged for the batteries. This is week 5 since I placed my order, my account has been charged and I have no product.

I did order trial kit and received it about a week ago, and checked my bank account today there is a 109.67 charge from them. I want nothing else from them, except for them to reimburse me the 109.67! I will filing a fraud charge with my bank!

Automatically shipped product and charged my Credi Card without my authorization
I filled out an online survey and won a free trial E Cig No Flame Trial for $4.95. Now they automatically charged my credit card for a new shipment, which I did not order, for the amount of $109.67. They will be getting the shipment back and I will dispute the charge on my credit card. This is a very shady business practice. I never received an Email or any other info from them that this was going to occur. Do not do business with this company.

Fraudsters
As part of taking part in an online survey I won an e-cig no flame cigarette with just the delivery price of £4.95 to pay,on checking my bank statement I found I'd been charged £124.93!,I didn't subscribe to any company especially as I could buy that product for £25.00,I have filed a fraudulent claim with my bank and won't be completing any more questionnaires.

Hello, I paid for a packet of ecigs from you for £4.99, you have now charged me £80.00 extra, for some thing I don’t know any thing about, I will be going to my bank on Monday morning to cancel this order, I have not used your ecig, it is still in the box you sent me, please do not send me any thing eles, cancel any orders from today 06/10/2018 thank you.
